We are looking for an ambitious, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Bromsgrove . This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a vibrant branch within the UK’s leading specialist transport and logistics recruiter.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle across your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include:

New Business Development: Proactively target and secure new clients to expand your client base.
Candidate Attraction: Write compelling job adverts and use a range of online platforms to attract top talent.
Candidate Management: Source, interview, and prepare candidates for placement, ensuring full compliance and suitability.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent account management.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all candidate and client records meet internal and industry compliance standards.
On-Call Duties: Participate in a shared on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support as required.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum1 year of experienceas a recruitment consultant on a temporary recruitment desk.
Ideally coming from a driving, construction or related field.
Confident communicator with astrong telephone manner.
Highly motivatedand results-driven individual with a passion for recruitment.
Proven ability to deliverexcellent customer service.
