Location: Brighton (London-level clients, Brighton lifestyle)

Market Focus: Pan-European Financial & Algorithmic Technology

Salary £27,500 - £30,000 plus commission

Expected total earnings in year one £40,000

Year two £55,000 more in the following years

My client is hiring an exceptional Graduate for a high-performance team in Brighton, working with some of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions. These are the firms building real-time, data-driven, algorithmic systems to power investment decisions across global markets.

This is a career-launching role for someone highly analytical, intellectually curious, and commercially astute. You'll build relationships with world-class professionals, think PhDs from Oxbridge, Ivy League engineers, and alumni of top hedge funds and Big Tech, guiding them through pivotal career moves in the evolving world of financial technology.

Who This Role Is For

• Russell Group Graduate, ideally with a degree in Finance, Economics, STEM or other rigorous subject
