Job summary

SW6 Associates Ltd is seeking a driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join its global talent acquisition team in London. No prior recruitment experience is needed, and you will learn from a supportive group while building relationships with senior professionals in finance.

The role offers a base of £30,000–£35,000 with uncapped commission and regular pay rises, plus midweek work-from-home and a fully paid annual company holiday.

Are you looking to dive straight into your recruitment career?

Our client is a specialist global talent acquisition business, working with some of the worlds leading hedge funds, investment managers and financial services firms.

They are looking for a driven, personable Graduate/Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

No previous recruitment experience needed!

What will youll be doing?

• Researching and identifying high-calibre candidates

• Building and managing long-term candidate relationships

• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement

• Learning from an experienced and supportive team

• Progressing quickly based on your performance

You will need to be someone who is:

• Naturally personable, confident and curious

• Ambitious and motivated by earning potential

• Hard-working with a genuine desire to succeed

• Comfortable building relationships with senior professionals

• Commercially minded but not a stereotypical "sales" personality

• Someone who is down-to-earth, collaborative and keen to learn

• Previous work experience alongside/after university is a strong plus
