Recruitment People is seeking a driven graduate or sales-minded individual to become a top recruiter, placing senior talent across finance, technology, and life sciences. The role offers a strong base and commission, a comprehensive training programme, and clear progression into management.

You will research and headhunt senior professionals, manage the end-to-end process, source candidates, and guide them through interviews, with international exposure across global markets and regular client

Competenze

• Graduate with commercial experience in year of graduation.
• Ambition to succeed in recruitment.
• Experience playing competitive sports or extracurriculars is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Researching and headhunting senior professionals.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process.
• Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking, and cold calling.
• Guide a candidate through the interview process.

What you need:

• 2025 graduate with commercial experience
• 2026 graduate with a 2:1 or above
• People who are hungry to succeed
• Played competitive sports, or completed extra curriculars at school (preferred)
