Job summary

Rise Rec2Rec is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant for Finance & Private Equity. You will join a structured 12-month Graduate Trainee Scheme aimed at fast-track progression, with the chance to relocate to New York or Europe as the business grows.

The role offers £30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE £60,000 in Year 1) and hybrid working (4 days in London HQ). You’ll work with leading PE funds and portfolio companies, and enjoy perks like gym membership and private health cover.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract and shortlist candidates using CRM, LinkedIn, networking, advertising and referrals.
• Head hunt and build lasting relationships with passive candidates.
• Interview candidates and manage the recruitment cycle from first contact to placement.
• Attend client meetings with the Head of Practice on retained, exclusive and contingent searches.
• Manage the full 360 sales cycle, generating new business through outreach, referrals, networking and market mapping.
• Research clients, investors and competitors to build client packs for pitches.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant – The Role

Candidate management

• Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for client mandates using the CRM, LinkedIn, networking, advertising and referrals
• Headhunt and build lasting relationships with passive candidates
• Interview candidates and manage the relationship through the entire recruitment cycle, from first contact to post-placement

Client management and business development

• Attend client meetings alongside the Head of Practice on retained, exclusive and contingent searches
• Manage the full 360 sales cycle, generating new business through targeted outreach, referrals, networking and market mapping
• Research clients, their investors and competitors to build client packs for pitches and live searches

You'll work alongside specialist, market-leading recruiters and build a network across some of the most respected Private Equity organisations in the market.
