RECRUITMENT & COMMUNITY RELATIONS MANAGER
  • Full-time

At Home Instead Charnwood, we believe care is about building meaningful relationships, not just completing tasks. We provide high-quality, relationship-led home care that enables older adults to remain independent, safe and comfortable in the homes they love.

At Home Instead Charnwood, we believe outstanding care starts with an outstanding team.

You’ll be joining an established and ambitious local business at an exciting stage of its growth, where your experience, ideas and contribution will genuinely make a difference.

You’ll have the opportunity to make the role your own, work alongside a supportive management team and play an important part in shaping how we recruit, develop and retain our people while strengthening our relationships across the communities we serve.

We’re committed to investing in our people, with ongoing professional development and opportunities to grow with the business.
