Home Instead Charnwood is seeking a Recruitment & Community Relationships Manager to lead recruitment, training and local engagement across Loughborough, Coalville and surrounding areas. You will attract and develop Care Professionals, deliver induction and ongoing development, and build partnerships within the community to grow our care teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the care sector is desirable.
  • Experience in recruitment, training delivery and community engagement.
  • Confident, engaging communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Genuine passion for delivering high standards of care and developing people.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and selection of Care Professionals.
  • Deliver induction, training and ongoing development for staff.
  • Build relationships with Care Professionals to support engagement and retention.
  • Represent Home Instead Charnwood in the local community and develop partnerships.
  • Support marketing, recruitment campaigns and community outreach.
  • Ensure recruitment, onboarding and training meet compliance and CQC requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to support growth and development of the business.
  • Participate in on-call duties to support staff and clients as needed.

Home Instead Charnwood is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, dynamic and people-focused professional to lead our recruitment, training and community engagement across Loughborough, Coalville and the wider Charnwood area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in the care sector who is ready to step into a varied and influential role, helping us attract and develop exceptional Care Professionals, strengthen our presence in the local community and support the continued growth of our business.

What will you be doing?
  • Leading the recruitment and selection of high-quality Care Professionals
  • Delivering induction, training and ongoing development for new and existing team members
  • Building strong relationships with our Care Professionals to support engagement, wellbeing and retention
  • Representing Home Instead Charnwood within the local community, developing partnerships and raising awareness of our services
  • Supporting marketing, recruitment campaigns and community outreach to attract both new clients and Care Professionals
  • Ensuring recruitment, onboarding and training processes maintain high standards of compliance and support our CQC requirements
  • Working closely with the wider management team to support the continued growth and development of the business
  • Participating in scheduled on-call duties to help support our Care Professionals and clients when required

What are we looking for?
  • Any experience within the care sector is highly desirable
  • Experience in recruitment, training delivery and community engagement
  • A confident and engaging communicator who is a natural relationship-builder
  • A genuine passion for delivering high standards of care and developing people
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload
  • Confident representing the business externally, including at networking events, community events and with local media
  • Comfortable participating in care call covering and scheduled on-call duties as part of the wider management team
  • A full UK driving licence
