CMS Recruitment Limited in Greenwich SE London is hiring a Recruitment Co-Ordinator & Client Account Support (no sales) to join the client account team. The role involves recruiting for a large diverse contract workforce, handling client interface and delivering excellent customer support in a busy environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate advertising, shortlist applicants, interview on-site, arrange tests, onboard new workers and manage queries from the client workforce.

• Experience recruiting for a large diverse contract workforce.
• Strong client interface and customer support experience.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Advertise for new workers and assist with onboarding.
• Attend external recruitment days and meet clients on-site.
• Collate applicant responses and assess suitability.
• Interview candidates face-to-face and conduct on-site tests.
• Arrange and conduct onboarding, induction, and paperwork.
• Liaise with client departments and on-site teams as required.
• Respond to pay, holiday and worker queries with accuracy.
• Produce reports and data using IT systems as needed.
• Work to targets, SLAs and KPIs where applicable.
