Business Manager - Reed Bristol (Property & Construction & Social Housing)

Location: Castlemead, Lower Castle St, Bristol BS1 3AG
Driving: Full UK licence and own vehicle required
Hybrid Working: 3-4 days in the office, 1-2 days from home (full office-based during induction)
Salary: £30,000-£43,000 DOE + £2,000 car allowance + uncapped bonus
Contract: Permanent, full-time (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours)

We're looking for a motivated leader to manage and grow our successful Bristol team of 4 recruiters, specialising in white-collar Property & Construction and Social Housing recruitment. You'll drive performance, develop new business, and shape the future of this high-potential branch.

If you're an experienced recruiter (Executive/Principal level or above) with management experience and a proven billing track record, this is your chance to step up and make an impact.
