Billing Education Recruitment Branch Manager

📍 Location: Middlesex House, 130 College Road, Harrow, HA1 1BQ (Harrow on the Hill is the nearest station which is on the Metropolitan line)

• Term Time: 07:00 – 17:00 (1.5-hour lunch break)
• School Holidays: 09:00 – 16:00
• 📌 This is a fully office-based role. Remote or hybrid options are not available.

Opportunity

We’re looking for a Billing Education Recruitment Branch Manager to lead and grow our high-performing Harrow office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven agency recruitment background—ideally within the education or social care sectors—who is ready to take their leadership to the next level.

As a Billing Branch Manager, you’ll lead a team of Consultants and Resourcers while continuing to manage your own successful desk. You’ll drive business development, mentor staff, and shape the strategic direction of the branch with the support of senior management.
