Qualifications

• Proven billing success in agency recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
• Experience in leading or managing a recruitment team.
• Strong knowledge of the education recruitment market or similar sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front with your own billings and client development.
• Manage, inspire, and grow a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers.
• Develop and execute branch sales plans and strategies.
• Conduct regular 1-2-1s and team meetings to support performance and wellbeing.
• Hire and develop talent in line with values and growth plans.
