Linklaters seeks a Recruitment Advisor for their London office to lead talent acquisition across key departments, ensuring a seamless recruiting process. Candidates should have expertise in professional services recruitment and a passion for fostering diversity. This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis in a hybrid working model.

Recruitment Advisor, Business Teams (FTC) - The role:
Join the people at the heart of Linklaters as a Recruitment Advisor for our Business Teams. You’ll have a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for key departments, including Marketing & Business Development, Finance, People, Legal & Risk, and Operations. Handling the full recruitment lifecycle, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient, professional, and inclusive recruitment journey that reflects the excellence for which Linklaters is known.
This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll also become a superuser of Workday and other available recruitment tools, developing insights and promoting best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
