Delivery Manager – £50,000 – Remote/Monthly South West meetups – 12 months FTC

The Role

You will join a talented team of experts as part of the Delivery Function. Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of projects, delivering innovative technology solutions for clients, and guiding teams through challenges. You will work on various projects, particularly retained projects for both private and public sector clients, enterprise application development, and CMS builds. You will also assist the business in scoping services across different clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Senior Manager, or similar role delivering multiple concurrent design and build technology projects.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and GDS standards, with hands-on experience delivering digital products in line with these practices.
• Expertise in applying Agile methodologies and project delivery tools, with a deep understanding of techniques to maximise client value.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams, solve problems, and deliver results, with a willingness to contribute directly to delivery.
• Experience working with both public and private sector clients, including managing projects for arms-length bodies is a plus.
• Solid experience with complex CMS design and build, web and application design, and Power Platform projects.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders and handling difficult conversations with empathy.
• Ability to adapt and manage uncertainty in rapidly changing environments, maintaining focus and delivering innovative solutions.

Attention to detail, task orientation, and organizational skills to help manage the development team and priorities. A delivery evangelist with a positive attitude and a desire to challenge and grow the team and business. Ability to manage difficult stakeholders effectively and maintain a 'get it done' attitude.
