Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Recruitment Advisor based at the National Office to proactively support recruitment strategies across the network and drive continuous improvement through data and stakeholder collaboration.

You will design practical resourcing tools, assist with ATS usage, and partner with Marketing to promote campaigns, while producing regular recruitment reports and building strong franchise relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced multi-site business.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and HR databases.
• Knowledge of UK Employment Law & HR Best Practice as it pertains to recruitment activity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
• Ability to work on multi-projects to tight deadlines, with a flexible, professional, and creative mindset.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK occasionally.
• Highly driven and ambitious.
• Test and learn approach to attracting talent.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to colleagues and the network for recruitment strategy, recruitment legislation, data and analytics and recruitment systems, such as SmartRecruiters ATS.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop advertising campaigns that support our brand messaging, and manage recruitment related company pages.
• Produce month-end recruitment reports.
• Provide positive influence across the business establishing strong relationship with Franchise Owners, Recruitment Managers and National Office colleagues.
