Role Purpose:

The Recruitment Administrator supports Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process, including posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus), arranging interviews, and submitting referencing packs to the Compliance Team. The role involves supporting candidate attraction and conversion for hourly roles at our London Heathrow and London City sites, reporting to the Shared Services and Recruitment Manager. The role may require travel to other sites or events.

Sitting within a supportive, fast-paced HR Recruitment Team, your role is vital for the smooth operation of ongoing recruitment activities.

Stakeholders:

Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, HR Team, Compliance/Referencing Team

External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, external stakeholders

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advertising and maintaining vacancies on various job boards via the ATS
  • Collating and reporting management information weekly and monthly
  • Supporting CV screening and providing feedback to Recruitment Coordinators
  • Arranging interviews and preparing schedules
  • Conducting initial phone screenings as needed
  • Preparing recruitment packs for the Compliance and Referencing Team
  • Supporting with interview feedback
  • Gathering employment documents (Right to Work, HMRC Forms, criminal checks)
  • Providing additional administrative support as required

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in fast-paced roles
  • Experience with job boards
  • External agency experience is desirable but not essential
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with ATS systems
  • Experience in the aviation sector is a plus but not necessary
