You will join a close-knit, goal-oriented team committed to maintaining our strong market reputation. We specialize in the following core sectors:

  • Industrial (warehousing and manufacturing)
  • Commercial (customer service, admin, sales & marketing)
  • Permanent/Specialist (senior-level office, advanced engineering)

Your responsibilities will include managing branch payroll for temporary workers, conducting worker welfare checks, handling pay and holiday queries, and sourcing new candidates. This dynamic role requires excellent multitasking skills and effective time management. While challenging, the rewards are significant for those who thrive in this environment.

Daily tasks include:

  • Processing payroll via our CRM system for weekly/monthly pay cycles
  • Advertising new vacancies created by Sales Consultants
  • Pre-screening candidates and scheduling registration appointments
  • Briefing candidates on job opportunities persuasively
  • Conducting face-to-face interviews (training provided)
  • Managing worker compliance and documentation
  • Maintaining regular contact to build rapport with applicants
  • Booking candidates for assignments and welfare calls
  • Handling calls from clients and candidates, providing excellent customer service
  • Performing general administrative duties

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in a busy office environment (6+ months preferred)
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • A good sense of humour
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to support last-minute staffing needs
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

This is likely a temp-to-perm contract, with flexible working hours Monday to Friday. Salary is dependent on experience, and we are open to discussing alternative shift options.
