Office Angels Birmingham are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our client's fantastic team in the heart of Birmingham. We are looking for someone with spark, passion, and personality to support our client's team.


Role: Recruitment Administrator


Location: Birmingham City Centre


Salary: £26,000 - £28,000


Contract length: up to 8 weeks temporary assignment

A professional and approachable education agency dedicated to placing high-quality teaching and support staff in schools across the West Midlands. With over a decade of experience, their team of consultants connects candidates with roles that suit their skills and aspirations.


About the role:



  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media

  • Receiving and reviewing applications; conducting the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, followed by registering the candidate to match the roles they are looking for.



  • Being the first point of contact for the business, managing shared email inbox and incoming calls with enquiries

  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants



  • Administrative compliance; Carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
