Job description

Job Title: Entry-Level Administrator - Recruitment Support

My global financial client is seeking an entry-level administrator to join their business administration team, focusing on recruitment support.

The Business Administration team supports service excellence across various streams, providing essential support to departments such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, managing accounts, and handling ad hoc projects.

The team aims to create an environment that meets colleagues' needs and supports them in achieving their business objectives.

Key Duties
  • Support recruitment processes for experienced and graduate hires.
  • Act as a liaison with candidates, recruitment suppliers, and direct applicants.
  • Ensure candidate CVs meet minimum requirements and are screened accordingly.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and apply relevant testing approaches.
  • Oversee testing environments and gather feedback and test results.
  • Utilize the Greenhouse recruitment system to manage open roles, candidate pipelines, competency scorecards, and reporting on hiring progress.
  • Generate reports and analyze data.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Serve as a key liaison with outsourced HR and benefits providers.

Qualifications and skills include:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Curiosity and ability to question and improve processes and operational efficiencies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders up to senior levels.
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Prior administrative experience within a corporate environment is advantageous.
  • Minimum academic requirements: a 2:1 Bachelor's degree (preferably from a Russell Group university) and good A-level grades or international equivalents.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of similar experience. The key is to demonstrate the aptitude to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, displaying urgency, drive, common sense, and multitasking abilities under pressure.
