The Role

Are you an experienced administrator looking to start an exciting career in financial services?

We’re working with an award-winning professional services organisation currently recruiting for their Recruitment department, based in their prestigious offices just outside Newcastle.

This role involves providing efficient administrative support and excellent service to internal colleagues and clients. It is a permanent position offering career progression. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, preferably within recruitment, compliance, or financial services.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the onboarding of new financial advisors
  • Communicating with colleagues and advisors to update on application statuses
  • Processing supporting evidence, scanning, and updating records promptly
  • Following up on outstanding documentation
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Organising data and reporting
  • Handling calls with advisers and clients regarding queries
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy

Key Criteria

  • Experience in administration, ideally in recruitment, compliance, or financial services
