Job description

Monday to Friday | 25 hours over 5 days per week | £13 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator within our HR department.

This will be located within our Crawley Head Office (Unit 1000, Spindle Way).

Pets Corner has grown into a larger company through the years, however it is still very much a family business at heart. We quickly identify individuals who are keen to progress and will provide them with the necessary training and experience to do so.

We are an award-winning family run business where you are a name, not a number. We continue to grow and now have over 150 stores around the country.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Administrator:

  • Listing job vacancies
  • Daily communication with our Staff Development Managers
  • Creating new starters across multiple systems
  • Ordering uniform when required
  • Maintaining several shared inboxes as well as your own
  • Assisting other members of the HR team when required
  • Sharing staffing reports with the HR manager
  • Emailing unsuccessful interview candidates

Requirements of a Recruitment Administrator:

  • A genuine interest in the Pets Corner vision and our values
  • Strong team focus with the ability to motivate others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work self sufficiently
  • Willing to provide new ideas to grow the department
  • A thirst for continued personal training and development
  • Basic knowledge of outlook and Microsoft products
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Excellent email communication
