Job summary

Agincare is offering a Recruitment Administration Apprentice role within our busy recruitment team. You will gain hands-on experience from day one, supporting the Recruitment Advisor and processing candidate information through the ATS.

We are seeking organized individuals with a good eye for detail, strong IT skills, and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude. This apprenticeship provides training and real responsibilities in a fast-growing care group.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative support or similar is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Recruitment Advisor and wider recruitment team.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear information and responding to queries professionally and promptly.
  • Support the Recruitment Advisor with the post-offer process and help candidates understand the actions they need to complete before starting employment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information on the ATS, ensuring records are updated in real time.
  • Guide candidates through the post-offer process and follow up outstanding information to ensure all required steps are completed within the appropriate timescales.
  • Ensure staff file documentation is completed accurately and has the appropriate sign-off.
  • Manage enquiries received through the recruitment team inbox and phone line, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Advisor to coordinate candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Attend apprenticeship training and complete relevant coursework and learning activities as required.

  • The ability to manage tasks and prioritise your workload well.

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • An adaptable and positive attitude.

  • A passion for providing an excellent candidate experience.

  • Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office applications.

  • A willingness to learn, develop new skills and contribute positively as part of a team.


Please note that this opportunity is for individuals looking to start an apprenticeship. Applicants must not currently be undertaking an existing apprenticeship.
