Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager to be based at our client site in Lutterworth. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee the driver pool, and coordinate shift bookings to ensure client requirements are met.

A full UK driving licence is essential as travel to client sites is required. The role combines hands-on recruitment with account management, offering strong salary prospects, weekly pay, and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Skygate and Lutterworth client sites.
• Manage the driver/worker pool across both sites.
• Handle daily shift bookings and ensure sufficient coverage.
• Confirm workers for scheduled shifts and communicate shift details.
• Monitor daily attendance and identify gaps in coverage.
• End-to-end recruitment process for both sites.
• Source and attract new workers to support growth.
• Ensure all workers are fully compliant before allocation.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and allocations.
• Work with Recruitment, Compliance, Payroll and Operations teams.
