Job summary

Loud Solutions is recruiting lead to own end-to-end hiring for our internal team and client portfolio. This hands-on role requires shaping recruiting processes from sourcing through offer and aligning with our Head of Delivery.

You'll drive strategy, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a compelling candidate experience while tracking metrics to improve outcomes for fast-growing startups across the US and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced startups or agencies.
• Strong sourcing instincts to find great candidates.
• Sharp communicator able to represent Loud Solutions and clients to candidates.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple roles and client relationships.
• Data-minded with ability to track pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end from requisition to offer.
• Drive sourcing channels, interview processes, and hiring workflows.
• Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements.
• Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve the process.
• Help shape Loud Solutions' internal hiring playbooks and processes.
