Job summary

Pertemps Loughborough Commercial is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer in Leicester for a full-time position Monday to Friday. This role offers a National Apprenticeship Wage (£8.00 per hour) and a structured apprenticeship path to become a Recruitment Consultant.

You will gain hands-on experience, receive full training, and be supported by an experienced team. No prior recruitment experience is required—training will be provided and you will earn a recognised apprenticeship qualification while on

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Chase outstanding documentation and keep records up to date.
• Support onboarding and candidate aftercare.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.

This Recruitment Resourcer role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, enjoys speaking with people, and wants to build a long-term career. As part of this role, you'll complete a recognised Recruitment Apprenticeship, earning a nationally recognised qualification while gaining valuable hands‑on experience in a busy recruitment environment. You'll earn while you learn, receiving full training and support from experienced recruiters every step of the way.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll work alongside an experienced Recruitment Consultant, helping to find great candidates, guide them through the registration process, and make sure they're ready to start work.
