AstroLabs Talent is on the lookout for a Recruiter to be based in London to join a fast-growing startup that is specialized in AI and Deep tech solutions. In this role, you will own the company's recruitment process, candidate and client management.

What you'll be doing

• Design and implement the recruitment strategy
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
• Source top talent from different channels and act as a strategic partner for hiring managers
• Be the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and candidates

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment (including tech recruitment)
• Agency and startup experience
• Solid understanding of the full recruitment process with a proven ability to work a fast-paced environment
• Authorized to work in the United Kingdom
