Stopgap - Marketing, Digital & Creative Recruitment is partnering with a well-known technology company in London to recruit an interim Talent Attraction Sourcing Recruiter. This senior role focuses on sourcing mid-market Sales Executives and works with the delivery team and TA partners to submit candidates.

The position is London-based, full-time on a hybrid basis, requiring 2–3 days in the London offices. It is a six-month contract and offers a daily rate up to £300 PAYE for qualified

Our tech client is looking for an interim Talent Attraction Sourcing Recruiter with experience in the sales/tech industry. London based, full time role offering hybrid working, with at least 2-3 days in their London offices. This is initially a six month contract, paying up to £300 a day (PAYE).

The Role

You will be part of the UK sourcing team, recruiting mid-market Sales Executives. Working with Talent Acquisition Partners you will be responsible for sourcing, reviewing and submitting candidates through to the delivery team. This is a sourcing role, not suitable for someone looking for a full recruitment lifecycle role. This is a senior role, partnering with the delivery team and sales teams across the business.
