M&D Care is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support our growing health and social care services. Based at head office SA31 2NF with occasional travel across South Wales, you will manage the full end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate with teams to attract exceptional talent.
The role requires strong communication, IT literacy, data-driven decisions, and experience with ATS. We offer a generous benefits package, 33 days leave, a performance bonus, and DBS and registration support.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our growing organisation. The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment process and will have strong verbal communication skills with a confident telephone manner. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships quickly. You will need to be resilient and adaptable and be able to work collaboratively within your team and across departments.
The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient screening and onboarding of new starters for our health and social care services. We are looking for a proactive and people focused Recruiter to support our 360-hiring process and support the attraction, engagement and recruitment of exceptional talent across M&D Care. You will play a key role in enhancing our employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience and shaping recruitment strategies and processes. We also invite candidates who have experience in working in a call centre environment, able to work at pace managing multiple systems and deal with candidates effectively building rapport quickly on the telephone.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter capable of working to and meeting targets. We are interested in speaking to candidates who may have worked in a call centre environment, working in multi-systems and able to process information quickly and accurately. A strong telephone manner is essential for this role, as is computer literacy.
