M&D Care is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for our health and social care services. The role requires building strong relationships, a confident telephone manner, and ability to work across departments while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.

The role involves supporting 360-hiring across South Wales with occasional travel to services. You will be shaping recruitment strategies, enhancing employer branding, and driving timely

• Collaborate with operations staff to ensure inclusive and effective hiring.
• Utilise the ATS and support with pre-employment checks.
• Represent the company at job fairs and careers events.
• Source and attract candidates through platforms and referrals to build pipelines.
• Review CVs, screen applications, and set up interviews.
• Meet department KPIs and work at pace with accuracy.

The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient screening and onboarding of new starters for our health and social care services. We are looking for a proactive and people focused Recruiter to support our 360-hiring process and support the attraction, engagement and recruitment of exceptional talent across M&D Care. You will play a key role in enhancing our employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience and shaping recruitment strategies and processes. We also invite candidates who have experience in working in a call centre environment, able to work at pace managing multiple systems and deal with candidates effectively building rapport quickly on the telephone.

Role and Responsibilities

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment campaigns across multiple locations to effectively support our growth.
• Supporting with job advertising, writing engaging job adverts on job platforms including Indeed and Total Jobs.
• Promote M&D Care as an employer of choice through, careers fairs, and local partnerships.
• Collaborating with operations staff to ensure inclusive and effective hiring.
• Utilising our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and supporting with pre-employment checks.
• Representing M&D Care at job fairs and careers events.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates using advertising platforms and employee referrals to find suitable candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Review CVs and applications and conduct initial screening, before setting up interviews.
• Meet department KPI’s.
• The ability to work at pace accurately.
• Strong writing skills and confidence using online platforms.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when needed to services across South Wales
• Passion for making a difference and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience

We are looking for an experienced recruiter capable of working to and meeting targets. We are interested in speaking to candidates who may have worked in a call centre environment, working in multi-systems and able to process information quickly and accurately. A strong telephone manner is essential for this role, as is computer literacy.

• Previous experience in internal or agency recruitment, in the Health & Social Care sector.
• Proven experience in high-volume, multi-location recruitment.
• Experience handling high volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast paced environment.
