As a Lifeguard, your passion for swimming and love of great customer service will shine through when supervising our customers in the pool, as well as supporting the team in keeping our centres clean and tidy.

What you need:

• A real focus on customer service.
• Passion and personality.
• Knowledge of health and safety.
• Be a great team player.
• Ideally, you'll have your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records. If not, the NPLQ training can be provided, subject to passing a swim test.

What you’ll do:

• You will experience regular pool rotations.
• Supervising and cleaning the pool area.
• Setting up equipment.
• Dealing with customer queries.
• When not poolside, you will support your team daily by preparing Studios, Gyms, or Sports Halls for activities, as well as general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
