With summer just around the corner, our bustling lido will be the place to be – and we need seasonal lifeguards to keep our customers safe, while having fun! Whether you are looking for a summer job during uni break, a way to build your CV skills over the summer, or a chance to kick-start a career in leisure, this is the role for you!

What You Will Be Doing

As a Lifeguard, your top priority is keeping customers safe in and around the water. But that is not all! You will also:

1. Keep the poolside clean and welcoming.
2. Set up activity and events (think doggy swims, summer solstices, moonlight swims).
3. Conduct regular pool water tests (we can teach you some cool chemistry knowledge).
4. Attend ongoing CPD training in order to maintain your NPLQ qualification.

What We Are Looking For

To join our team, you will need:

• Strong swimming skills (50m in under 60 seconds & 200m continuously).
• The ability to climb out of the pool unaided.
• A friendly, can-do attitude and great customer service skills.
• A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
