Job Description:

GLL is looking for a flexible lifeguard to work at Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club in Greenwich. If you have the skills and ambition to join our team, this is more than a job, it's a career. What you need:

• A focus on customer service
• Passion and personality
• Knowledge of health and safety
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ideally, you'll have your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records, or training can be provided if you pass a swim test.

What you’ll do:

• Participate in regular pool rotations
• Supervise and clean the pool area
• Set up equipment
• Handle customer queries
• Support your team by preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls for activities and maintaining the cleanliness of the centre when not poolside.
