Job summary

With You in London (Wandsworth) is seeking a Recovery Worker to join a multidisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality recovery support to adults dealing with drugs and alcohol challenges, building a personalised care plan to support clients on their path to recovery.

The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, working 37.5 hours per week (09:00–17:00). A starting salary of £30,250 with Inner London Weighting (£4,000) applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care, or a related setting.
• Experience delivering services in a community setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of delivering evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Resilient under pressure with the ability to prioritise work.
• Willingness to be flexible with working hours and to cover other With You locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and advice to people experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to support your development and client care.
• Identify clients’ goals and create tailored treatment plans to guide recovery.
• Deliver continuity of care through partnerships, care coordination, and interventions.
