Occy in London (Wandsworth) is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker to deliver recovery-focused care and coordinate with partners in a frontline role. You will manage a caseload, build trusting relationships with clients, and work with teams to ensure a high-quality service.

The role requires compassionate, motivated individuals with experience in health/social care or related settings; DBS checks and references are required, with flexibility to cover other With You locations as needed.

Our Recovery Workers work with our clients to help them to determine what their goals, ambitions and passions are, working with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to get them on the path to recovery. This is an integral role for With You - as a frontline worker, you will deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, delivery of interventions and key work responsibilities. You will manage an active caseload of service users, connecting quickly with the people we support, treating them respectfully and with dignity.

You will be a compassionate and motivated individual, with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. We’re looking for demonstrable experience working within the health, social care or other specialist setting, ideally with those with substance misuse issues. We will provide you with the training and support that you need to develop in your role so whilst experience is preferred it is not essential, please make sure to demonstrate your interest in the position and your transferable skills in your application.

You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of a team to ensure a high quality service is maintained. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders.

This role is a full time role working 37.5 hours Monday - Friday.

Should you be successful in your application, you will be required to provide 3 years' worth of references and will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

The salary for this role follows a fixed incremental pay scale, this starts at £30,250 per year, rising yearly in line with our salary progression bands, up to £34,900 per year. This includes a £4,000 per year inner London weighting payment.
