Job summary

Turning Point UK leads the Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership in Boston and seeks a Recovery Worker to support service users through their recovery journey. You will be a key worker, maintaining contact, delivering psycho-social interventions and coordinating with clinical staff and partner agencies.

Ideal candidates will bring lived experience and strong communication skills, with flexibility for one-to-one and group work. A full UK driving license is essential for field-based duties.

• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Willingness to work one-to-one and in groups.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key worker to a caseload, helping service users set goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain regular contact, provide psycho-social support and information.
• Conduct assessments, risk management planning and coordinate with clinical staff and partner agencies.
• Adapt to varied tasks, upholding Turning Point values.
