Job description

Job Title: Recovery Worker

Belmont Recruitment is seeking experienced Recovery Workers for a full-time contract position in the Surbiton area of London.

Position Details:

1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 37.5 hours per week.
2. Contract Duration: Initially 3 months with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload primarily involving Criminal Justice clients, with experience in substance misuse clients preferred.
• Conduct psychosocial interventions and comprehensive assessments.
• Liaise with external agencies and work according to clients' care plans.
• Understand safeguarding interventions and offer harm reduction strategies.

Salary:

£20-£23 per hour, DOE.
