Job Title: Recovery Worker

As a Recovery Worker, you will contribute to making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals. Your role involves providing emotional and practical support to ensure individuals receive the necessary care, support, and advice.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Completing risk assessments and risk management plans in accordance with policies and procedures.
2. Monitoring, reviewing, and updating individuals’ recovery plans as needed.
3. Participating in team meetings and reviews.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case notes.
5. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver optimal services.
6. Updating and maintaining service user records with confidentiality.
7. Partnering with other health and social care providers when required.
8. Handling sensitive information appropriately.

Requirements:

1. Relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong understanding of confidentiality protocols.
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
5. Experience in building effective relationships with colleagues and service users.
6. Enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months. If on the update service, you may be fast-tracked through our recruitment process today.
7. Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if not already held.
