Job summary

Everyturn Mental Health is opening a brand-new CQC-registered residential mental health service in Beckenham, London. As a Support Worker you’ll help people move forward in their recovery with person-centered care, care planning, and meaningful activities.

You’ll work in a 12-14 bed service with 24/7 clinical support, contributing to a safe, therapeutic environment. We welcome applicants with experience in complex mental health needs and a compassionate, collaborative approach, ready to learn

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
• Calm, compassionate approach in difficult situations.
• Strong safeguarding and person-centred care knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support assessments, care planning, and consistent delivery of person-centred care.
• Encourage engagement in meaningful social, recreational, and wellbeing activities.
• Maintain safe, welcoming, and homely environments.
• Respond confidently to emergencies and promote service user safety.
• Keep clear and accurate records on our electronic patient record system.
• Contribute ideas to help shape and continuously improve a brand-new service.
