Job summary

Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham, and Redbridge is seeking a Recovery Worker to provide person-centred, holistic support through our 1-2-1 Floating Support service in the boroughs.

You will manage a caseload, work with clients to identify strengths and goals, promote health and wellbeing, support successful move-on from Supported Accommodation, and connect individuals with local community resources and services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centred, holistic support to individuals with mental health needs.
• Ability to manage a caseload and work with clients to set goals.

• As a Recovery Worker, you will provide person-centred, holistic support to individuals with mental health needs through our 1-2-1 Floating Support service.
• You will manage a caseload of clients, working alongside them to identify their strengths, goals and aspirations, promote health and wellbeing, maintain independence and support successful move‑on from Supported Accommodation.
• You will build trusting relationships, reduce social isolation, develop social networks and connect clients with local community resources and services, while promoting a strengths‑based approach that recognises clients as experts by experience.
