Job summary

Lifeways is seeking compassionate individuals to join our Recovery Support Worker team in Stafford, supporting adults with mental health needs to work toward greater independence and community integration.

This full‑time role (37.5 hours) offers flexible hours from 08:00 to 22:00, with sleep‑ins 22:00–08:00. We provide full training, enhanced DBS, 28 days’ annual leave (pro rata), pension and staff benefits, plus a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to support adults with mental health needs.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong communication and observational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful support to adults with mental health needs.
• Help individuals work toward greater independence and community integration.
