Lifeways Hazelmere in Heywood, Rochdale, Greater Manchester, is seeking caring individuals to join our team providing recovery-focused support to residents with mental health needs transitioning to community living.

You will work full-time across days, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends, with rota hours and potential opportunities to work across other schemes. Training is provided, and DBS checks are funded.

Qualifikationen

• Have a genuine interest in supporting people with diverse needs.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Possess strong communication and IT skills.
• Be willing to learn and grow professionally.
• May have experience in care or support work (not essential, full training provided).
• Hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care.
