Job summary

Lifeways Hazelmere in Heywood, Rochdale is seeking caring individuals to join our team delivering person-centred, recovery-focused support to people with mental health needs transitioning to independent living.

You will provide 24-hour support, build life skills, and help residents achieve greater independence in a home-like setting, with full training provided and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Have genuine interest in supporting people with diverse needs.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Willing to learn and grow professionally.
• May have experience in care or support work (not essential — full training provided).
• Hold or are willing to work towards an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care.
