Lifeways in Birmingham is hiring a Support Worker on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) with shifts from 8am to 11pm plus sleep shifts. The role pays £12.71 per hour and involves supporting individuals to live independently within the community.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker preferred.
• Willingness to complete training and DBS checks.

• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs.
