New Start is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Recovery Services to lead the Harmony Project in Liverpool. You will manage a team of Support Practitioners delivering abstinence-based, trauma‑informed support aimed at wellbeing, budgeting, tenancy sustainment and access to treatment.

Based in Liverpool, the role is full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri 9am–5pm. Salary is £32,493 per year with pension, generous leave and development opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ management/supervisory experience in a similar setting.
• NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent, or currently working towards.
• Experience supporting adults in recovery or dispersed housing, floating support/outreach or residential settings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee staff team, provide direction and development to deliver abstinence-based support.
• Manage caseloads, ensure professional recording and timely task completion.
• Monitor service outcomes, quality and contractual compliance.
• Lead safeguarding, risk assessments and relapse prevention planning.
• Coordinate safety across dispersed properties and lone-working protocols.
• Ensure property standards, health and safety checks, repairs and compliance.
• Coordinate staffing cover and workloads to maintain consistent support.
• Participate in on-call/out-of-hours rota as required.
• Oversee referrals, assessments and move-on planning with housing partners.
