New Start is seeking an experienced Recovery & Tenancy Sustainment Worker to join our Adult Services division. You will manage a caseload of residents, focusing on recovery, tenancy sustainment, and independent living skills within supported accommodation in Liverpool.

Formación

• Experience as Recovery Worker, Housing Officer or Outreach Worker in community or hostel settings.
• Knowledge of working with individuals in recovery from alcohol/substance misuse.
• Ability to record case notes and support plans professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of residents (approx. 26).
• Provide recovery and tenancy sustainment support and facilitate community reintegration.
• Support independent living and access to opportunities and ETE.
• Record information accurately in case notes and plans.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
