Job summary

Via Harrow is recruiting a Criminal Justice and Outreach Practitioner to join our Harrow service. The role involves working in a hybrid model within a multidisciplinary team to support men and women pre- and post-release, improving continuity of care and engagement with drug and alcohol services.

You will help people rebuild lives, reconnect with family and friends, and plan pathways to work or education, while demonstrating compassion, good communication, and the ability to stay calm under
