Job summary

Via Harrow is looking for a Criminal Justice and Outreach Practitioner to join our Harrow service. You will work in a hybrid model as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals pre- and post-release to improve continuity of care and engagement with substance misuse services.

We’re looking for a Criminal Justice and Outreach Practitioner to join our Via Harrow service.

As a Criminal Justice and Outreach Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in improving continuity of care, reducing reoffending, and empowering people on their recovery journey. Working within a hybrid model, you’ll be part of a flexible, multi-disciplinary team supporting men and women pre- and post-release. You’ll build strong relationships with prison substance misuse teams and community services to support seamless transitions and sustained engagement with drug and alcohol support.
