Job summary

Via Harrow is seeking a Criminal Justice and Outreach Practitioner to join our Harrow service. This role supports men and women pre- and post-release within a hybrid working model, coordinating with prison substance misuse teams and community services to sustain engagement with drug and alcohol support.

The post focuses on improving continuity of care, reducing reoffending, and helping individuals rebuild their lives, reconnect with family, and pursue work or education.

We’re looking for a Criminal Justice and Outreach Practitioner to join our Via Harrow service.

As a Criminal Justice and Outreach Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in improving continuity of care, reducing reoffending, and empowering people on their recovery journey. Working within a hybrid model, you’ll be part of a flexible, multi-disciplinary team supporting men and women pre- and post-release. You’ll build strong relationships with prison substance misuse teams and community services to support seamless transitions and sustained engagement with drug and alcohol support.
