Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust in Blyth is seeking a Band 3 Clinical Support Assistant to join the Northumberland Recovery Partnership. You will work with the Alcohol Outreach team, supporting assessment, care planning and harm reduction alongside housing projects.

The role focuses on individuals affected by substance and alcohol misuse, delivering safe, evidence-based interventions and person-centred care within a multi-disciplinary team.

Formación

• Completion of a competency-based programme within probationary period OR equivalent demonstrable experience
• Knowledge of care related procedures, clinical observation, relevant legislation
• Level 3 qualification in a healthcare related subject OR a portfolio of equivalent demonstrable experience

Responsabilidades

• Engage individuals housed in local housing projects with substance/alcohol misuse
• Guide individuals towards recovery and coordinate services for wellbeing
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support recovery
• Work as part of the multi-agency care team to deliver care
• Implement and evaluate care within a prescribed framework and promote high quality, individualised care
