Qualifikationen

• Completion of a competency-based programme within probationary period or equivalent demonstrable experience
• Knowledge of care related procedures, clinical observation, relevant legislation
• Level 3 qualification in a healthcare related subject or portfolio of equivalent demonstrable experience

• Actively engage individuals housed in local projects to support recovery
• Provide risk assessment and coordinate services for wellbeing
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care and psychosocial interventions
• Engage in supervision and appraisal processes as per Trust policy
