Job summary

Southdown is recruiting a Mental Health Support Coordinator based in Eastbourne (East Sussex). The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to identify and provide targeted mental health and holistic support, co-locating with services, and assisting clients from initial assessment to access of further mental health services.

You will deliver short-term recovery-focused sessions, co-create support plans and goals, and use coaching and motivational interviewing techniques to help

Qualifications

• Experience working in mental health or transferable skills.
• Ability to support clients to access services and set goals.
• DBS check to be arranged by employer.
